Paytm

It is super easy to set up. We set up QR codes to make transactions quick and easy. Paytm is supported by a large number of banks, loans and investment companies. We have never had an issue with someone's bank being denied. There are no long wait times for transactions to be processed. The previous system we used would take weeks for the transaction to clear, but with Paytm that has been shortened to just a few days.

The fact that it is accepted almost everywhere as UPI payment and it has a variety of integrations with other online e-commerce platforms for direct payments is unique. It is accepted by local businesses and street vendors as well. This makes it easier to use for everyday payment transactions.

UPI transactions through linked bank accounts

One issue that we have run into is Paytm's reliance on an internet connection and a smartphone. Sometimes the internet will go down and people trying to pay with Paytm will need to wait for the connection to become stable again. In times when Paytm has not been working there has been a struggle to get into contact with customer service. A slow response time can be frustrating, especially if a someone is trying to pay for something at that moment. We have seen a few instances of fraud where users are unauthorized and that is a privacy concern for us as we do not want to put our employees at risk.

Rewards like cashback are a little better than some of its other competitors. The interface is a little cluttered and overwhelming at times if you are looking for a clean, minimalistic experience.
