easy to use, see consistent CTR lifts
The language tool is easy to use and has been a benefit to user engagement. Simple and straightforward.
1. this product is manual for us to set-up within campaigns (no integration with our sms vendor), 2. think attached emotions aren't always intuitive or the most in-line with company goals 3. wish there was a better ai implementation for generating more suggestions if we need to pivot message (i.e., promo changes, not happy with what was given)
Lack of transparency. Difficult to determine why specific language is generated from the platform. Regardless, with testing, this becomes less of an issue.
