The application is a bit slow and there are some navigation issues while operating the application.
- Gamification - Whilst many colleagues enjoy point-based activities that some feel deliver a rewarding part of the day, to me, these can feel demeaning when handling high-stress situations or seeking additional support. - Corporate subscriptions are also a point of concern as to who in the organisation has visibility into personal records
1. Navigation isn't as intuitive as one might think 2. Lack of challenges or at least types of challenges 3. I'm not a huge fan of the functionality as it seems too complex
