1. Super fast transactions, 2. Even if there is any issue with the receiver, at least never faced the money deduction issue like other apps. 3. UPI Lite. 4. User friendly UI.
ease of access readily available and safer with multiple safety features
1. It used to be in the early days. But it has completely stopped. As a valuable customer when we do transactions, some benefits will be good to have. 2. There are a lot of options coming up like SIP, Gold, I don't find all of these very relevant for any customer. I am not saying no one uses it, but as a payment app people mostly use it for payment only rather than anything else.
pricing could be a bit better. app is little resource hungry, commisoning is worse
