We use Planergy as our procure to pay software. The software enables us to have full control of our financial processes and operations. Use of the product has has saved us a lot of time in order processing and ensured financial growth and stability in our organisation. Planergy is easy to use, customizable and integrates flawlessly with other systems such as Sage 200, Xero,QuickBooks and Jiva among other tools.

Planergy Likes & Dislikes

Availability of effective features for financial management, account payable and receivables. Procurement centralisation and automation capabilities. I like the effectiveness of the software in budgeting and forecasting. Planergy is well suited for requisitions and approvals. Software user-friendliness and availability of quality customer support services available in both phone calls and online chat. Easy deployment and implementation of the software even to beginners.

What I like the most about Planergy is how easy it is to create, track and manage purchase requests. The approval workflow is very well made.

It is how intuitive and user friendly the system feels. It automates many manual tasks like approvals and invoice matching, which saves time and reduces errors.

The software is extensive and user-friendly except that we have been facing issues of unplanned software maintenance which affects our service delivery.

Some parts of the platform feel outdated and need extra clicks to complete single tasks.

The thing I like least is that some reporting tools could be more advanced, at times you might want deeper insights that what's available out of the box.
