I like that we can synchronize/migrate multiple systems which help the projects to go faster
The product is extremely easy to use and it integrates just about everything we have in our stack.
Technical support does not have much information.
Nothing more but there few features which still needs to be enhanced
not much. As long as you have a strong admin, then you should be fine.

I have synchronized Agile central and ALM Octane via Tasktop, It's good but still can be improved. One of the Issue's which I can highlight is that it doesn't have bulk recreate option. Great product that we've already leveraged to integrate various platforms. We were able to onboard of our admins in just a few weeks because the tool and UX was easy to use and straightforward. The tool is also relatively inexpensive so it's worth exploring leveraging this tool across your entire enterprise stack.
