That it makes offline management scalable: Postal's platform lets us scale what used to be a manual, time-consuming task (sending physical gifts, branded swag or direct mail) and tie it into our digital workflows seamlessly. We appreciate the visibility we get into spend, deliverability, bookings, and conversion rates, which is crucial for justifying and optimizing offline program spend. Also, many users praise the platform's ease of use and customer support, highlighting that even smaller sales and marketing teams can jump in without heavy training.

postal is the simplest promotional service weve ever used. the account managers or educated and helpful and the platform makes sense without a learning curve.

Simple and intuitive platform for sending gifts and swag, strong integrations with CRM and marketing tools

What we dislike sometimes is that the interface can feel confusing and glitching at times, which can slow down task completion and make navigation less intuitive. Gift and item options for global recipients are sometimes limited, pricing and additional fees aren't always clear upfront, which makes budgeting harder.

1. hard to add multiple POS options its really just for bulk orders 2. hard to make changes to recently placed orders 3. we have had a few cancelled orders
