User-friendly interface - Easy to create, test and organize API requests without a steep learning curve. Powerful testing and automation - Supports pre-request scripts, test scripts and collection runners for automated API testing. Collabiration and Documentation -Shared collections,environments,and autogenerated API documentation make team collaboration seamless.
Functionality wise the product is really good, it gets the job done. I am happy with the performance, as it has low or zero downtime and is lightweight. Logo is also cool. Service experience is also perfect.
It covers the entire API lifecycle. The collections and environments let me organize everything clearly and switch between setups without manual changes. The built-in testing capabilities are also a huge advantage. Saves a lot of time and keeps workflow smooth.

The UI is more developer centered, not the normal product user centric. It should have better usability and guided experience for the initial users.
Some team collaboration features are limited or locked behind higher-tier plans. When working with multiple developers, it would be helpful to have a bit more flexibility in the free tier. Also, when collection get very large, the app can feel slighlty slow at times. Nothing critical.
