What stands out most about Prezly are a few specific things that make daily use genuinely easier. One is the way it keeps your media contacts in one searchable list, not just names and emails, but past interactions, tags, and preferences that matter when you're pitching. Another is the newsroom feature; having a branded, web-ready place to publish releases and assets feels so much smoother than cobbling together PDFs and links in an email. I also appreciate how easy it is to track engagement, seeing who opened what, who clicked which link, and how many times content was viewed gives me real data instead of guessing.
The interface can feel a bit sluggish at times, especially when navigating between large lists or loading assets. Some of the filtering options are more limited than I'd like, and there have been moments when I wish I could slice the database in more creative ways. And while Prezly's analytics are useful, I'd love deeper insights without needing to export data and mash it together in a separate tool.
