Productboard is a great platform for providing visibility into roadmaps across different product areas and is a great way to catalog product feedback and feature requests. It provides leadership insights into what capabilities are around the corner and what to expect for quarters to come. Its biggest value add is its ability to aggregate product feedback and feature requests to help triage customer requests and inform the roadmap - much easier and more intuitive than tracking these requests in a spreadsheet.

In an effort to organise and structure the work within our Product team, we decided to implement Product board about 1,5 years ago. I must admit that it was quite difficult to get started since the tool is quite complex including many advanced features. Although we have a superuser in our team with the responsibility to educate the rest of us, it has still been very hard to get used to the tool and to feel fully comfortable using it. Productboard is however a great way to structure your work and especially to improve your collaboration across teams, sharing insights and product roadmap.
