The things that stand out in my mind are the user experience, meaning the data is easy to explore and analyze. Models, hierarchies, quality rules, and connections to our data have been some of the things that have been most helpful. We have also had good success using forms in the tool to help capture key data.
Rich windows based interface which is very easy to navigate build on Microsoft technology.
Profisee makes it easy to configure data quality and validation rules which allows us to quickly enforce standards and maintain trusted data. It's highly usable, making it simple for our teams to work within the platform without extensive training. Profisee is also great when it comes to customization capabilities, enabling us to tailor domains, workflows, and rules to meet evolving business needs.
We struggled with the initial implementation using Profisee's implementation team, I think they were working on multiple implementations and we needed more dedicated resources. We had poor customer success support initially but that seemed to be just a staffing thing as that is an area where Profisee is currently excelling. Not sure if this is a like or dislike but it is a challenge to keep up as they are developing new functionality quickly and we are having to frequently consider and execute upgrades to stay current.
Can not handle real time and batch data insertion at the same time. Scalability is also an issue as it require lot of cost due to In Memory index..
Currently using workflows requires more advanced coding knowledge than all of our team has.
