Read Full ReviewThe things that stand out in my mind are the user experience, meaning the data is easy to explore and analyze. Models, hierarchies, quality rules, and connections to our data have been some of the things that have been most helpful. We have also had good success using forms in the tool to help capture key data.

Initially, we missed opportunities to weave the platform into our ecosystem more effectively and inadvertently siloed some of Profisees capabilities. I think there are far more API integrations available now, but at the time of implementation the set up could have been stronger.

Read Full ReviewWe struggled with the initial implementation using Profisee's implementation team, I think they were working on multiple implementations and we needed more dedicated resources. We had poor customer success support initially but that seemed to be just a staffing thing as that is an area where Profisee is currently excelling. Not sure if this is a like or dislike but it is a challenge to keep up as they are developing new functionality quickly and we are having to frequently consider and execute upgrades to stay current.
