Alerting/Monitoring: ProofPoint emails potential threats that have been delivered to the end user as well as the resulting action. Whether it be that it was auto quarantined or that the user clicked on links within the email, it provides our SOC transparency and comfort in knowing that Proofpoint will protect against email threats.

No notable things I currently dislike. There are occasional bugs in which we must create a service request, but ProofPoint has a great record of being responsive and active on support cases.
