Getting accustomed to a new technology takes time and effort for a traditional organization. It is about unlearning and learning a new way of establishing a network/security infrastructure.
The roll-out was a bit tricky and understanding all of the integrations with existing systems was not simple and required a lot of investigation. The learning curve for the team was a little steep, and support responses sometimes dragged when we hit complex issues.
