Whilst Proofpoint is used in conjunction with an internal self-serve phishing service, it's help with preventing data loss/leak and associated reputation cost is essential to our business.

This is particularly useful to ensuring employee's time is well-supported, as accidental phishing scams and failures to prevent lead to costly errors that are typically unmanageable in a team without significant IT and Administrative intervention.

Advanced Threat Detection, Strong URL & Attachment Sandboxing and Detailed Threat Visibility
Alerting/Monitoring: ProofPoint emails potential threats that have been delivered to the end user as well as the resulting action. Whether it be that it was auto quarantined or that the user clicked on links within the email, it provides our SOC transparency and comfort in knowing that Proofpoint will protect against email threats.
- Occasional false positives - Limited chatbot ability on sales website
Complex Policy Management, Reporting Customization Limits and High Cost.
No notable things I currently dislike. There are occasional bugs in which we must create a service request, but ProofPoint has a great record of being responsive and active on support cases.
