Responsiveness of the solution team with RCA when issues exist that don't have a straight forward why. They are quick to solve but not always open about the cause.
Issues keeping the test environment in sync with production.
Mixed results from the science driven price optimization. The analytics components aren't as robust as tools built specifically for reporting (Power Bi, Tableau, etc...) making reporting slightly worse in a SaaS implementation where 3rd party reporting tools can't be connected directly. Much of the enhancement roadmap for the product seems focused on airlines and food services, leaving some other industries that may have other requirements at somewhat of a disadvantage.
