The initial spin-up time of the test suite was fast. They were able to get quite a few tests created in a short amount of time. In addition, they've been proactively communicating with us the entire way - making sure we are getting the results we want, and finding ways to improve upon the tests.
The tool QA Wolf has built has really streamlined all things QA. We can see our tests, coverage, runs, timing, etc.. all in one place. It was also easy to integrate into our CI/CD. Their service is great too. We have a slack channel with them where they are always very responsive, and weekly meetings keep our teams in sync.
Communication is proactive, helpful and very considerate of our specific situation. Responses to queries are fast and very detailed, and QA Wolf's team are generally very giving with their time.
Like most UI test automation suites, running the tests can be slow and results can take awhile. The cost-per-test business model is interesting and can take a bit to get used to.
Getting our mobile app builds tested could be a little more streamlined.
Test workflows can't run in parallel and can take a while if you're running cross-platform tests (e.g. switching between web apps and mobile apps within a single test)
