Used to be very stable, however, it appears they are now trying to catch up with the competition at the cost of stability and it has become a truly unstable product to use. I have to drop in the Linux underbelly of the beast so often that I no longer really feel like a user or administrator but someone who could work on their support team. Their support team is not good at all.

The centralized management system makes it very easy to use. Also the interface is very user friendly and interactive. I also like its Central Firewall management and it provides the trial licencing in starting. Also, the policy creation and management is very intuitive

Its centralized and unified security control. it allows me to manage multiple gateways, policies and logs from a single dashboard, which saves a lot of time and reduce complexity.

something if I have to mention that the updates often break existing services and support and may take some time if we face some issues. also sometimes gets slow when we it deals with larger policy packages.
