As you create new sprints, you are able to easily carry over unfinished tasks or move them back to the product backlog. It is easy to use and new users were up and running with it from the time they get their accounts provisioned by our IT administrator

The ticket title (user story title) on each of the tasks are getting appended automatically with system generated texts whenever I carry over the ticket from the current sprint to the next sprint, making the ticket name difficult to read as it gets lengthier as I carry it onto future sprints. The Rally UI may, at first, be less intuitive to new users who are not familiar with Agile methodologies and terms. Integration also requires a tech savvy team to execute on it. Less technically inclined users will find it difficult to tailor fit the tool to their needs. IT Management did talk about the cost structure as the team grew so organizations looking for such software should consider team growth and how it can impact overall software cost.
