Overall Data Impact has delivered on mostly everything we have wanted them to deliver. Every year we have our annual planning where we go over OOS, Digital Shelf Analysis, and ability to track velocities with certain retailers and we have taken action on the metrics that they have provided to us.

Cooperative team, able to lean in and negotiate terms. The data quality and product is good. The UI could be better and more extensive, unfortunately there is limited flexibility in terms of UI updates and changes. Some updates take a lot of time from the tech dev team and we have experienced delays in the past.

Overall the experience with Syndigo has been good. They have helped us simplify our content in one place which we can then syndicate out to all retailers nationwide. The problem sometimes with this is that some retailers do not work with Syndigo directly, so they have to be done manually. Outside of those specific retailers, Syndigo works like a charm.
