Communication. They have a great team that whenever we have a question, they are able to answer us right away via email or give us a call. This is one of the biggest reasons as to why we keep renewing our contract with them. The sense of urgency and prioritization that they give us is second to none.

We went through a downsize and Data Impact helped us understand how the old SKUs were tracking vs. the new SKUs. That helped us relay the information to our store teams so they could track those sales better.
Since they were bought, they have stopped sharing certain metrics / data analysis unless we pay more. This was a big issue and hurt our relationship. There are ways to work around this, but whenever we need data for certain retailers, they can no longer provide it to us.
Cost - way too high for the products that they offer Localization - it might work best in Europe where they were started, but they run into a lot of issues here in the USA with API directly to big retailers.
