Cooperative team, able to lean in and negotiate terms. The data quality and product is good. The UI could be better and more extensive, unfortunately there is limited flexibility in terms of UI updates and changes. Some updates take a lot of time from the tech dev team and we have experienced delays in the past.

Overall the experience with Syndigo has been good. They have helped us simplify our content in one place which we can then syndicate out to all retailers nationwide. The problem sometimes with this is that some retailers do not work with Syndigo directly, so they have to be done manually. Outside of those specific retailers, Syndigo works like a charm.

RDA collects the data and analyzes it super fast. Its super fast processing, same-day delivery, and analytics make the process cost-effective and help make the customer satisfied with the services. It being super fast and accurate makes it my go-to tool. Its cost-effectiveness makes it an even better choice for me to go with it.
