Customer service continues to improve, as do their response times. Our representative has been more available the last year or so to provide us with regular updates.

No dislike, Overall the product is fairly robust and meets most if not all of our current reconciliation needs

The user interface is not friendly. You have to learn where everything is at and what the settings do as it's not intuitive. It closely resembles old software. While we have some issues with our upstream sources, ReconNet is not very flexible in accommodating those challenges. You have to have it setup in exactly a certain way or the jobs will fail or records will be ignored.

The look of the product. Could update it to make it look a little nicer of a format.

    ReconNET has been great, but the reporting could use some work.

    We've had good experiences with ReconNET, but the experience with implementing Cadency has been challenging. After transferring to a different department I am no longer on the implementation team for Cadency, but worked on it for about a year.
