1. RedHat OpenShift was deployed on cloud for our organization and this made the management really easy and simple for us, allowing for more focus on application development and release 2. The cloud capabilities it brought for our organization are really very helpful and especially, the ability to be readily deployed across multiple platforms made it very useful 3. The vendor, RedHat, is very consistent with support and is readily available to address any queries or issues
User friendly interface
The customization portion was likely my favorite part but you can ensure that your workflows meet the demands of the business. I am also a fan of the scalability of this system.
1. The user base of this tool is very small so it is difficult to identify any solution for a problem from an online community 2. Besides support, the updates released by RedHat are sometimes later than the date of release 3. There are still some persistent bugs in the platform despite the continuous updates from RedHat
Need improvement in the customer support
Cost, Technology capabilities, and I didn't receive the best numbers when I pulled the Drive Revenue for growth report.
