Redwood's powerful analytical tools and support are delivered through its proprietary platform, Redwood Connect. BI Dashboards are interactive and driven by all associated data sets. Real-time transportation costing with alternative service guarantees. Predictive analytics and machine learning to mitigate risks. Carrier performance audits, contract compliance audits, invoicing audits, and contract negotiation support. These support features are part of the Redwood relational experience, and are available for all Intermodal services.

The team was able to provide strategic insights into our business that we were not able to identify internally, and they were able to make recommendations that we are able to incorporate into our operations. Additionally, they were able to help with getting the systems up and running to better support the business. This was something that our internal IT team was not able to accomplish. These changes have not only saved dollars for the supply chain but have also saved significant hours within the team.
These gaps are industry standards beyond Redwood's control. LTL Carriers doesn't publish Time-in-Transit schedules. LTL Carriers without notification to interline for last mile delivery. LTL Carriers does not provide updated shipment tracking information.
No significant dislikes. They offer good reports, but it would be nice I we could retrieve raw, detail data online to perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
Overall, the main issues were internally created, from our side.

Overall, the experience has been very seamless, the implementation process has gone well with some issues that originated on our end, but Redwood was able to step in and help guide the IT team through the issues.
