It is simple and quite sophisticated and has good webinars to catch up new features with good online training
The documentation is not well updated. Many new features are not yet included in the documentation.
The interface is very clunky and requires a fair amount of expertise and experience to use.
The tool needs a good assistant or wizard for new users as they could be overwhelmed by the large number of menus and sometimes the product is not as fast as we wanted

It's 2021, why is Relativity still just so so?
It has a lot of bells and whistles and is still probably the best option for a big case, but it's always been difficult to use. Training associates to use it has always been a chore. I'm surprised it hasn't become more user-friendly over time.
