The entire team demonstrates strong technical acumen ,staying upto date with modern technologies such containers, AWS, Terraform, and building semantic layer. Representative sets a example for a Project Manager by effectively breaking down tasks into logical components, assigning responsibilities and clearly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment. The entire team maintains a high level of professionalism and respectful in all interactions. They consistently adhere to bank processes including incident management,daily stand ups and change management protocols. I appreciate the team's proactive approach to cost optimization,such as refactoring code from Lambda into ECS. The semantic layer implementation led by rep. and team was particularly impressive - well documented and executed within short span of time and with best security practices like LDAP and security group integration. Performance issues are addressed at the application level with growing volumes at the bank without shifting the blame to infrastructure, reflecting a mature and solution-oriented mindset. Keep up the excellent work and looking forward to future collaboration.
