Unfortunately, in Ontario, Canada, Rogers is one of the only wireless providers. Their service (directly related to our business) is often sub-par. Outages are not dealt with promptly, support takes FOREVER for tier-1 service. The only time Rogers support is good is when you deal with sales directly adding a new line (of course, new business).
