Ease of use
Being able to adjust content (color of font, bold, etc.) when using some of the notes areas (to align with the tools gap analysis coding items red). (Change request is in to add this feature.)
Very limited flexibility to customize to customers work processes, not quiet suitable for clinical settings, vendor engagement, support, and services are disappointing.
The reporting outputs can be a bit plain. We would like to see more styling offered
