Flexibility, speed of development.
I appreciated the availability of a wide range of models as well as rule-based learners. In particular, I found very useful the possibility to integrate rules learned from data with rules derived from expert knowledge, which isn't available in most tools. Another feature unique to this platform is the rule visualization wheel, which maps the contributions of extracted rules and offers valuable insights into model decision making.
Their team is great! From day one they work alongside you to fully understand your goal and co-create a tailor designed solution
1 - proprietary user interface and syntax require a decent level of knowledge building which can be difficult for average business user; 2 - it can be difficult for clients to grasp the technology because it's such a broad platform that can do so many things; 3 - user interface can intimidate average business user
Some training setups, such as stratified or repeated cross-validation, are not as straightforward to set up as other parts of the platform, but documentation and support make it easy to manage.
Nothing really, it gave us speed, precision and full transparency.

Unraveling the Power and Intuition of the Rulex Platform
I consider Rulex platform one of the most powerful and intuitive low-code softwares. Thanks to its user-friendly design, an analyst without any experience in code development is able to work with big amount of data and build effective statistical models. Rulex platform is also suitable for experienced professionals, given that it offers advanced and technical tools for more structured tasks (like auto-code generation, friendly and powerful optimization through the build & solve task and flexible rule management by means of the rule engine and Logic Learning Machine - LLM task). As a researcher, I consider the LLM a very interesting and accurate Machine Learning (ML) supervised algorithm able to efficiently solve regression and classification tasks. One of its most important feature is the ability to produce "if-then" rules that explain the results obtained by its implementation in the platform. This is an uncommon characteristic in the ML landscape: CARTs (Classification And Regression Trees) are able to create rules but not with the same degree of precision as shown in different scientific studies
