SAFE One was an ideal way of incorporating a single view of our IT risks, weaknesses, and compliance. It was conceived as a one-stop-shop simplifying and improving the reporting of risks and the identification of priorities in managing those risks.
Basic integrations
The thing which i like the most is its multiple key areas where it provides the solutions to their customers. Person-based dashboards, SafeX (web and mobile) material risk reports, control prioritization, cyber risk quantification, all that is pretty awesome.
SAFE One sometimes has difficulties describing the details of particular threats and risks among diverse layered IT systems. The problem with the above model is that it fails to assign enough detail for more refined risk management within critical areas.

There is nothing more which I dislike, but I can suggest something more which can be implemented. SAFE One can provide learning videos or courses to clients at no or minimal cost, or certifications to their licensed clients who are using their services.

Using Safe security has been a pretty good experience for us, it gives a clear picture of our internal security and i appreciate the continuous monitoring and risk assessment features... they definitely help us stay on top of things, it's been really useful like how it helps to track and manage risks from external vendors, alerting us to potential issues before they turn into bigger problems that's a big plus for us but the only downside is that the platform can be a bit complicated to navigate with all the data it provides, but overall it is a great tool for managing security very efficiently.
