The user interface is somewhat antiquated.
Non-intuitive user interface. Disconnected processes - requiring users to jump around in several screens to do a simple task
Some minor improvements in the recording of the exercises can be introduced. But apart from that, it is pretty good.

Reliable storage of documentation. The BIA support is adequate. Declaration process has a lot of "manual" procedures which could introduce errors in the tracking.It is not tightly integrated to dependency mapping as I would like.
