The services allowed our IT resources to be able to focus on tasks that bring more value within the organization, while providing users with self service options. Our account manager since go-live has been great. Easy to work with and talk to, he does a great job of looking into items that we bring to his attention.

Requests for changes or updates at times seem to take a long time to implement, however they are thorough in researching and providing feedback on potential changes and impact.
