Our organization had an existing relationship and was working with SAP ECC ERP system. All the users were trained in the same. However, the migration to cloud and provision of AI and ML is both technically challenging, sometimes not economical and limited.

1. Robust functionality: Wide range of features managing customer interactions and relationships (very important for our white-glove experience and ardent fan communities). Lead and opportunity management, customer profiling, and campaign management are a few examples of that. 2. Scalability: Highly scalable platform like most of other SAP offerings meant for growing enterprises. 3. Seamless integration: Out business use other SAP offerings and SAP C/4HANA integrates very well with them, improving overall operational efficiencies and streamlining business processes. 4. Support: SAP support team has a proven track record of great support and they continued the same with this iteration as well. Well-documented processes, training, and proactive help during the implementation process were very appreciated.

Dislike

SAP C/4 HANA require higher capable team to their deployment and processing, pricing could be an issue with smaller teams, best platform for experienced people, people new to it may find it bit complex.

Complex user interface and navigation. Expensive business model that mandates businesses to procure licenses each time an integration is required with an external application.

Requires significant time, investment, and skilled resources to fully leverage its greater capabilities. Could be a hurdle for smaller businesses. 2. Customization: While it's a highly customizable platform, the customization can be complex and time-consuming 3. UI: UI is more attuned to experienced users with other SAP systems and a complete newbie may find it a bit complex and non-intuitive.
