Support: SAP support team has a proven track record of great support and they continued the same with this iteration as well. Well-documented processes, training, and proactive help during the implementation process were very appreciated.
SAP C/4 HANA require higher capable team to their deployment and processing, pricing could be an issue with smaller teams, best platform for experienced people, people new to it may find it bit complex.

Requires significant time, investment, and skilled resources to fully leverage its greater capabilities. Could be a hurdle for smaller businesses. 2. Customization: While it's a highly customizable platform, the customization can be complex and time-consuming 3. UI: UI is more attuned to experienced users with other SAP systems and a complete newbie may find it a bit complex and non-intuitive.
