SAP Fiori Likes & Dislikes
Fiori is customizable and user adaptable, built around how enterprise users, consultants and architects work with improved focus, security and productivity at the same time. It requires minimal training, minimal customization, and makes it competitive for non technical users too
It's an improvement over traditional SAP interfaces
Very easy to integrate with other SAP suites/applications. Vast range of features in the user interface and experience is improving the overall experience.
Fiori is a bit slower than the traditional GUI and some traditional GUI transactions are still evolving and miss on Fiori equivalents. It also has additional load time when back end services are not optimized but is a learning curve for organizations to understand the limitations to make the best use of the service.
Complex implementation and heavy reliance on backend
Cost might be an issue for few small to medium scale organization in short term

A modern successor to the legacy GUI
FIORI provides a fresh and modern UI experience to users who are mostly accustomed to the legacy GUI theme. The fact that it is accessible from a browser makes it easy to work from anywhere, as there's no need to have SAP installed in your system. The SaaS model is a fitting successor to the legacy system. The tile-based interface makes it highly customizable and user-friendly. What adds to the user friendliness is that only relevant t-codes (the ones I have access to) are displayed as tiles, which declutters my screen. SSO is also active in my organization, making login easier than ever. - SAP UI5/Fiori Developer50M-1B USDManufacturingReview Source
