SAP does everything you'd want it to do, but it can be very difficult to learn the ins and outs. It's easy enough once you have proper training, but it's not the most intuitive system, in my opinion. That said, I do like the breadth it covers.

I like how everything can be stored in SAP and it's truly a one-stop shop. I'm able to get tons of information from a single platform and it streamlines communication and transparency across the business.

Flexible to upscale or downscale. Feature rich and is very fast in terms of Processing huge volume of data. Works seamlessly with other SAP products.

High licensing costs might be a consideration factor for a few but in our business case, SAP HANA's performance and analytical capabilities surpass the cost factor.

I don't like how inconsistent everything is. Some commands need certain information filled in and it's not always clear. I found it very difficult to use when just starting out, but with proper training, it got better.

Needs highly skilled workers and involves many specializations within the HANA Cloud services to fully leverage the product
