We have migrated from Hana Services where it is a challenge to update the DB, Hana Cloud is Scalable, Flexible and Multi-tier data storage. One of the best databases in the market.
I like how everything can be stored in SAP and it's truly a one-stop shop. I'm able to get tons of information from a single platform and it streamlines communication and transparency across the business.
Flexible to upscale or downscale. Feature rich and is very fast in terms of Processing huge volume of data. Works seamlessly with other SAP products.
24 hours waiting time for the second change in the configuration, not accessible in case of exceeded the storage and Build failures due to dependencies
I don't like how inconsistent everything is. Some commands need certain information filled in and it's not always clear. I found it very difficult to use when just starting out, but with proper training, it got better.
Needs highly skilled workers and involves many specializations within the HANA Cloud services to fully leverage the product
