In recent years, 500 Interfaces have been successfully deployed on our SAP IS service leveraging CPI/CI, APIM and EMIS/AEM services providing seamless integration between our SAP S/4 HANA and other non-SAP, 3PL applications. These BTP services ensured real time data connectivity and operations with high availability setup, increasing our operational efficiency and agility, consolidation of middleware applications and ease of doing business throughout our SAP eco system. The constant audit support provided by SAP product team and their expert guidance, especially on integration services, has helped us in reaching our project major milestones on time and with high quality.

The promise to be a one-stop-shop for integrations, which proves to be true. - SAP-SAP integrations are effortless - visual integration designer - connection of Cloud ALM was effortless - SAP-third party integrations are tricky to setup but when done correctly, it just works - third party-third party integrations are not easy to implement

SAP BTP IS has continuous improving roadmap and strong features. Its developer friendly and Robust to suite any type of business integration scenarios.

Except for minor issues, overall SAP Integration suite product and services is a great tool especially for green field, brown field and SAP PI PO migration projects.

- lack of precise running cost estimations - cloud connector setup requires special competencies which are not easily obtainable - lack of code versioning repository (at least in it's traditional GitHub sense)

Infrastructure support needs to be improved as the tool evolve .

The product has been essential in providing integration solutions for integration products and has continued to improve over this time.
