SAP NetWeaver MDM (Legacy) Likes & Dislikes
What I like most of this tool is the smooth interface and the high details of all the products linked with it.
Export information to spreadsheets.
What I dislike most is the fact of having limited of windows opened. Sometimes I need to have a lot of orders opened at the same time but since it has a limit of 5 new windows, it delays me to work with efficiency the bunch of orders that come in daily.
User interface, old design.

Great tool, great management.
In my experience SAP NetWeaver is an amazing tool for processing the customer's orders. It has a lot of great features, just to mention one of those features, the customer's payment method options(credit card & Invoice) are really good to get accommodate to the customer's budget. If the customer wants to pay within 30, 45 or 60 days, there is an option to select whichever the customer request is. Even if the customer wants to pay within the next fiscal year(if they got it approved by the company), you can select a special option and then enter the specific date the customer will pay. It's really amazing how SAP get adjusted as any special request. - Order Entry AgentGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
Suitable for order processing
SAP is a very useful tool for order processing, it allows you to enter items, change customer accounts, add attachments, change history is also available. There is a built-in tool that let you print document or convert them directly to PDF. However, the design is outdated and the UI lacks of customization. It can get stuck when you try to save a lot of information at once. - IT Business Process Consultant50M-1B USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
