We are using CS PIM since beginning of 2021. The platform is very intuitive, adaptable and stable. It is a very solid product which unites best-of-breed functionalities from DAM & PIM. The setup went quite fast and without any problems.

It is a good solution with many usefull features for different roles of data management process. Because of web-based portal data stewards can easily process change requests with handy UI helping them to analyse data.

Smooth initialisation phase, vendor and 3rd party consultants were very aligned and familiar.

I would describe myself as an heavy user with the website content area. I implant articles an maintain sites and user surfaces. So I am more into operational than structural tasks. The backand is really comfortable and intuitive articulated. So it is pretty easy to navigate trough the system and find data again.

We have been using Perfion for 5 years as a product development tool, from concept of an item to creation. The ease and flexibility of adding fields, forms and reports is the ultimate uniqueness of this product. We were able to create just what we needed and we have the flexibility to continue making changes to this product as our company evolves in this ever-changing time. Since Perfion is our one source of truth we used Perfion’s standard integration with Dynamics AX (ERP). When an item is released in Perfion it will automatically create the item in Dynamics AX with all of its attributes. This has streamlined duel entry and has eliminated errors. The data from Perfion is also used to support our Web portals and customer’s data requirements. The Perfion support team is exceptional to work with and the webinars are very helpful. We look forward to new releases, the product just keeps getting better and better!

It's a software with kind of a primitive layout but on the other hand definately reponds quickly. For a design engineer who needs to be in contact with all the other departments of a manufacturing plant, there is no other software that can be compared.

We communicated our requirements and the team of experts directly showed us an individualized 4ALLPORTAL in a live demo, which met all these requirements. After signing the contract, we were assigned a permanent contact person at 4ALLPORTAL and a project manager at one of 4ALLPORTAL partners where our software was developed. Again, communication was always smooth and fast. If delays occured, it was mostly due to us, because we wanted to get the maximum out of 4ALLPORTAL. Meanwhile, the software is live and in use, but is constantly being adapted with new features and modules.
