The platform brings structure to what was previously a fragmented process - approvals, purchase orders, and supplier interactions are now centralized and easier to track. My overall experience with Pactum AI has been very positive. the platform has helped us automate supplier negotiations, reduce manual effort, and uncover value in long tail contracts that would otherwise be difficult to manage at scale. It works especially well for standardized procurement workflows and gives the team more time to focus on strategic relationships. The main trade off is that it requires clear process design and good data to get the best results.
