Design feels very modern and helps in ease of navigation

- An easy way to find the appropriate role (per application). - Good integration with EntraID - It automates the work required.

Some configuration changes require deeper technical knowledge or additional steps in the UI Documentation can be improved to better support advanced use cases and custom connectors

Separation of Roles, Groups, etc. is not as obvious when first using.

- Lack of parameterisation of roles e.g. Access to the global app as role and country as a parameter. - Some performance problems. - Long implementation time - we were forced to use the previous solution and Saviynt Identity Cloud in parallel during implementation.
