We purchased DeRisk Center service to monitor our SaaS platform deployed on AWS. Seconize was very flexible and supportive in configuring all of our AWS assets for their monitoring. They did a great job of handholding our team in deploying their solution on our platform. Over the course of our engagement, their portal continued to evolve and consistently delivered timely, detailed and actionable insights. The information provided was generally accurate and reliable with only a few rare exceptions. Seconize's senior leadership and their technical team were very approachable and eager to resolve any challenges we faced during adoption and ongoing use of the service. They educated our team on the security aspects of SaaS deployments and provided valuable assistance in resolving the reported vulnerabilities. Their service played a critical role in us getting and maintaining our ISO 27001 certification.

Seconize agents did a great job of collecting and analyzing forensic data from a wide variety of AWS assets including EC2 instances, S3, EFS, Lambda, RDS, ELB etc. Their findings were valuable and very comprehensive. Seconize team was very professional in making sure we derived value from the use of their service. They would attend monthly review meetings diligently and guide us in the continuous improvement of our security posture. They built a special feature that helped us monitor and assess our ISO process compliance. Seconize team was always reachable and responsive. Their price point was also the best for the value delivered.

The most fascinating service or feature it provides is that it translates technical security data into clear business oriented risk profiles and reports which can be understood by executives and board members, helping in strategic decision-making and optimizing security investments.

Its AI/ML Driven risk prioritization uses algorithms to evaluate vulnerabilities it helps prioritize remediation based on realistic impact also its continuous monitoring & risk scoring it constantly monitors changes to assets and configuration so that risk assessments can be UpToDate in the dynamic changing IT environments including cloud

Please note that the following comments are based on our usage 3 years ago. Seconize might have addressed some of these issues by now. 1. Documentation - while they provided great support whenever we needed it, a more comprehensive documentation around the product would have helped us save some time and more importantly would have helped our team gain a deeper understanding of the vulnerabilities reported and the corresponding fixes. 2. Comprehensive support for conducting internal security audits (mandated by ISO processes) and tracking the compliance process & its artifacts would have helped us immensely. 3. More granular billing - maybe!

It sometimes generates a large number of high risk issues depending on model sensitivity, also continuous scanning leads to large volumes of findings so it needs good filtering or risk tuning

Automated tools may miss some environment-specific misconfigurations and logic vulnerabilities. which can only be caught by expert audits
