Although it is an effective tool in providing a broad view of Enterprise Risk as well as tracking the management of these risks, the overall user interface and journey can be enhanced. Its not an intuitive tool to use for a lot of people and required some hand holding to get started

It may be expensive, but it is a good option for medium and big companies.

the user interface could be improved and made more intuitive. these is lack of clarity what fields mean, how to route tasks to other team members and how to track performance
