OneTrust Tech Risk & Compliance is a great tool with a high potential but the inability to personalize it as much as needed is disappointing. The centralized dashboard is a big plus, but the challenge comes in trying to customize the dashboard for our particular environment.

It's helped us streamline the compliance assessment of all our suppliers. From Cybersecurity basics, to data protection and so on.

OneTrust Tech Risk & Compliance stands out with its single dashboard. I love that all my risk assessments, compliance tasks and reporting are all in one place. It helps to minimize the time wasted while discussing a task with my team and helps everyone to be in sync.

OneTrust has provided all of our required IT risk assessments from vulnerability assessments to vendor risks under one roof. This provides me with a global view on our status in IT security and where exactly we need to focus more on to minimize the risks.

Since it's made to be used mainly when on-boarding a vendor, we've often seen that procedure take too long. I wonder if some user experience work could be helpful to speed up this initial process.

The pre-built controls and templates are helpful but to customize them for our needs is quite a task. It usually involves IT, and that is a problem because it becomes a bottleneck that slows down the process.

I don't like how OneTrust always produces many false alarms which results in filter blindness and does not allow me to focus on the most important threats. Deciding among these alerts and finding out the actual threats consumes a lot of time.
