I have used many GRC tools in the past but I really like this one the most. It is very simple and easy to link boundaries, RITMs, IPTs, engagements, etc to help expand and track a company’s issues. Using more than one module (IRM, CAM, etc) provides a great tracking method fro your entire business; identifying gaps and issues.

The product are really hard to install and configure We do not have a good support from ServiceNow, we open ticket to trouble shoot or help us with a configuration, the support answers most of the time this is not working, we propose this to the development team for a next release. After investigation, we found how to make the configuration by itself, but we need 2 or 3 week to configure multiple options. The documentation is really hard to find on the internet, many times we have only explanation of the menu structure and no explanation of the function.

Risk visibility, ability to automate workflows and processes, compliance and policy management, audit, vendor and risk management. I am to gather multiple dashboards and meld the results together to get a true understanding of what GRC-A issues my team needs to address.

Integration with all the CMDB are the most valuable advantage to select this product, but we need to put many hours to make it work without real help from ServiceNow support or any technical specialist.

It helps to transform the Risk and compliance processes efficiently. We have moved from scattered pieces of GRC to a unified place. We have resolved and improved the efficiency of our cybersecurity department.

If you do not understand the tool, navigating can be a little difficult. If you already have a decent understanding of ServiceNow, adding updates and other modules to your tool kit will not take much learning.

We cannot found any technical, installation, or configuration documentation from ServiceNow. We need to make our own business they did not help us the only sale the product
