The response time of reaching a SOC is very good. Responses are typically very quick and never have an issue when submitting a ticket. SOCs know what they are doing and extremely clear cut. Need a logs to be forwarded? done. Need info on an IP? done.
Auditors trust it.
Ease of deployment and operations
Searching for a ticket can be a painful. It can easily be lost in the void and you would never know unless you do some fine tuning every single time. Would like to see some presets of saved filters for each user. Also sad to see it go, as I believe this managed service will be sunsetting soon.
I don't trust that it's configured correctly and those important events are being escalated.
Sometimes escalation procedures are not followed correctly.

Dell iSensor - Apparently it does quite a bit, but has not been accepted by our teams
The configuration gave us alerts on external IPs, but we had no idea which internal address was the problem. Initially gave us so many false positive alerts that the Infrastructure Team did not want it blocking automatically. The documentation and benefits of the product were from the salesperson's pitch.... actual material seemed non existent. Their licensing was confusing and it took 4 people on two conference calls to get pricing. Implementation was a bit rocky due to our company not having solid requirements identified upfront. The vendor was able to acomodate and adjust on the fly which was nice.
