1) Automation: We can search our hundreds of internal systems automatically using a data subject's submitted email address. Subtasks are automatically assigned based on positive search results, not on an analyst's decisions. 2) Translations: Our main intake web form translates itself based on the data subject's web browser language settings. With our previous vendor, we had to have many, many copies based on supported languages. In addition, the system translates communication templates, so we save a lot of time since we don't have to perform additional reviews with internal legal teams. 3) Responsiveness: The product team is very open to our ideas to improve the system. We have a long list of feature requests that we review with our CSM, the head solutions architect, and the DSR team lead. We are amazed at how quickly changes are applied to the system.
1) Very technical workflows: Workflows that control process logic and steps require a good understanding of Javascript coding. Securiti does not currently have a UI that allows non-programmers to build workflows. Changes to this system are on the product roadmap, but we are unsure when it will be available. 2) Lack of reporting: There are no internal reports for the DSR module. Data must be exported to other tools via API. We have significantly more visibility into request granularity compared to our previous vendor, but Securiti is also missing major data in some tables, like Subtask Open Date and Close Date. This limits the usefulness of the data. Improvements to this system are on the roadmap, but again, they are not currently available. 3) Limited audit logs: Understanding who made changes to templates, workflows, intake web forms, and other system settings is either hard to see or unavailable altogether.

Our DSR environment is very complex, and Securiti enables automated steps at every point to reduce time spent and associated risks from missed deadlines or unclear information. Securiti has a Robotic Automation system that interfaces directly with internal data sources holding PII. We will be able to confirm both email existence and pull entire records without requiring human intervention and delay. We also have access to infinite customization options through Javascript-based workflows.
