Even though you can customize a lot of the system, it does comes with its crooks and cranies. The edition systems are a little difficult to handle. Also do to the fact that its a web based app, its dependable on wifi or internet conection. Do keep a back up of your repositories in case there is some vital information that nees to be accessed,
1. It took me a bit of time to set up the Sharepoint and train some of my colleagues on its functionality however once everyone grasped the concept my team has found the software user friendly. 2. When editing documents on sharepoint it slows down and sometimes freezes the my laptop. 3. It took me time to realise the full potential of sharepoint as I struggled to find some additional features.
