SharePoint enables users to share, manage their contents, collaboration across the company, finding information quickly and so on. There are multiple uses of this product.
You can use it for storing data and it keeps it safe and organized. It allows us to share files via emails without any glitch. On the other hand SharePoint is highly personalized but not easy to work on. It takes time and alot of efforts for it.
Navigation is easy to comprehend but not flexible enough. If other user made a change in an original file and saved it. Nd if we want to go to the original file that is not possible.
It has issues with version history. If folder's name is same there will be no version history created for it. Uploading a file is easy but it does not Integrate much with non Microsoft tools and apps.
