What I like most is how easy it is to process shipments without a lot of manual entry. Creating labels and moving orders through shipping is fast and consistent, which matters when were sending packages out regularly. I also like being able to compare carrier rates in one place so we can pick the best option without checking multiple sites. Another strong point is how it keeps shipment details and tracking tied to each order, which makes it easier to answer customer questions without digging through emails or separate systems.
I love that I can create labels for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others all in one place. Being able to process dozens or hundreds of shipments at once has been a huge efficiency boost for our fulfillment team. The real-time rate lookups and automatic formatting ensure our labels are compliant and priced appropriately.
Without a doubt, the rate shopping feature, as I mentioned above, because this automatically compares all carriers I use to find the cheapest options for every package.
If I had to pick a few things, some screens can take a little time to get used to when you dont use certain features often, so there is a small learning curve outside of the daily tasks. There are also times where I wish more settings were visible in one place instead of clicking through a few menus, although it hasnt affected our day-to-day shipping. Lastly, reporting works for basic needs, but sometimes I end up exporting data if I want to look at shipping trends in more detail. None of these have been major issues for us, but they are areas that could be a little more streamlined.
There are times when the UI feels a bit clunky, especially if youre switching between different shipping rules or custom label formats. Some advanced settings arent super intuitive and can require a few clicks too many to set up. And while the carrier options are broad, occasionally a specific service level or feature I need isnt available directly which can mean workaround steps or talking to support.
Well, not to say bad things, but the interface is not pretty and I don't like the looks of it. It looks like it was built in the 80s or 90s and I wanted something more beautiful and modern. Also, it's not a plug and play solution, and while this doesn't bother me that much, sometimes to set things up can be time consuming.
